Keep Dry Foundation Contractors was founded in 2021 by Tyler-Jay Maiangowi and focuses on quality and ethics while keeping our consumers at the forefront.
After helping to establish a foundation repair company's reputation in a major city in Ontario by successfully repairing and waterproofing hundreds of foundations from hertitage buildings to brand new builds and everything in between, Tyler-Jay Maiangowi chose to return home and continue to help others in the family business. His major purpose as the owner of Keep Dry Foundation Contractors is to provide homeowners with peace of mind with his knowledge, experience, and education of foundation waterproofing and repair due to his passion of digging and helping people protect the biggest investment of their lives.

What sets us apart
Our work does not finish after the repairs are completed and the foundation has been waterproofed. We have three extra components to give a more long-term, solid, and permanent solution to your foundation issue:
1. Insulation to protect the membrane from being punctured
2. Drainage stone all the way to grade
3. Installation of a sump-pit.
We excavate around your foundation, inspect and repair the concrete that makes your foundation. Then we waterproof it with a foundation emulsion that allows water to escape the concrete and resist absorbing it. This will allow your foundation to cure completely and thus maintain its strength and stability. Then we apply a dimpled membrane to allow drainage. We replace the weeping tile system when necessary, adding vertical lengths beneath each basement window. A sump-pit is connected to the outside weeping tile system from the inside. Then we begin back-fill and insulate the lower part of your foundation and continue back-fill all the way to grade with drainage stone. Waterproofing isn’t simply creating a barrier between the inside and outside, you have to give somewhere for the water to go. Battling water is basically battling mother nature, water will eventually destroy anything. If there is no water beside your foundation, you are in good shape for many years to come.
Our Warranty
Warranty to be determined based off of circumstances and conditions of foundation. The warranty is based on the cost of the job; for every $1000 you spend you get 1 year warranty to a maximum of 26 years.
