Signs Of Your Foundation Needing Repairs
A crack in your foundation can lead to large problems. Interior/exterior cracks and water in your basement are some of the first signs of need of repair. If the crack is unattended, it can increase in size with Canadian freezing and thawing. If the crack becomes large enough, a section of wall may need to be replaced.
Here are some signs that your home’s foundation needs repairs

Our Foundation Repair Process
Based off of the signs of a crack in your foundation, we excavate the suspected area to expose the crack. Once the crack is fully exposed, we chip away along the crack to reveal how far into the foundation the crack extends
After the depth of the crack is fully revealed, it is cleaned and prepared for the repair compound. Using non-shrink grout, the crack is filled in and smoothed to the foundation’s surface
