Signs Of Your Basement Needing A Sump Pit

Signs that your basement needs a Sump Pit and working Sump Pump are:

Our Sump Pit Assembly Process
If there is no existing Sump Pit, one is chipped out and dug out in your basement floor. A connecting weeping tile is installed connecting the outside weeping tile to the Sump Pit via under the footing of the foundation. If there is an inside drainage system, that is connected as well
Once the Sump Pit is set up, the sump pump is installed with a check valve and plumbing along the wall to prevent any tripping hazards. The plumbing extends through your foundation above ground level and discharges the water away from the foundation
