Signs Of Your Foundation Needing Waterproofing
A waterproofed foundation is important for keeping a dry basement and a strong foundation for your home. Depending on where you live you may experience: excessive soil saturation, a high water table, or poor water drainage. Without the proper attention, your foundation walls can deteriorate over time.
Here are some signs that your home’s foundation needs waterproofing

Our Waterproofing Foundation Process
We apply a waterproofing coating along the wall. Applied to strengthen repairs and have a waterproofed and breathable protective layer
The next layer in the process is a waterproofing membrane fastened to the wall with a terminal strip creating a seal on the membrane. This directs any water to the weeping tile along the footing. The weeping tile is inspected and replaced if needed
Upon backfill, insulation is installed vertically along the membrane and horizontally above the weeping tile. This allows your foundation to remain warm and dry, and allows water to flow in your weeping tile
